COVID-19 hit the U.S. and closed our state over a year ago. It changed the way we live, learn, and work dramatically, and it’s no wonder we have some residual stress and anxiety from it all. Let’s connect and talk about what our new normal looks like and how to best navigate it.
Several free programs are being offered from daily emails, daily virtual chair exercise, trivia, history, virtual road trips, live concerts and more!
This program serves the intellectual and social needs of a vibrant community of lifelong learners age 55 and older. There is a broad range of academic and cultural topics.

IND is a non-profit organization that offers short college-level classes to adults. Most Fall and Spring courses consist of 4 or 5 90 minute daytime sessions over approximately 12 weeks. Due to COVID-19 all Fall courses will be virtual. Visit their site for their Fall 2020 course brochure.
